If you've been coming for years, the aisle is the same. If you're new, ask Mehmet at the counter and he'll walk you through.
The Sultan's name is older than the new ownership. Same shelves, same long-running Turkish grocery, with someone behind the counter now who'd rather you find the right thing the first time than guess.
A short list of the categories on the shelves. Inventory varies. If you don't see your usual, the answer is often "we have it, second shelf, left." Ask.

Most groceries close at 9. We don't. Open every day, late close on weekends. For the after-dinner shopper, the after-prayer shopper, the after-shift shopper.
